Refund and Returns Policy

 

Our return and replacement policy applies only to items that are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

 

  • Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of delivery, supported by photo evidence of the package’s condition.

  • The item must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for a claim to be valid. The original invoice is required for exchanges.

  • Claims for replacements will be honored only if the returned items are received at our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • After the returned item is received and evaluated by our quality assurance team, a replacement or coupon will be issued, provided the product passes inspection.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned items are securely packed to prevent damage during shipping until they reach our warehouse.

  • Requests for replacement due to personal preferences, such as a change of mind or product/shade selection, are not accepted.

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a coupon for future purchases will be provided.
